Hiring a new executive can be one of the most important and impactful shifts within an organization. While a new executive can bring vital energy, direction, and expertise; a mis-hire can cost the organization millions and disrupt the culture in a very short amount of time. Further, research has determined that 89% of new hires who fail, fail due to cultural issues (RoungPegg, 2015). Our expertise is in screening candidates for cultural fit. We work with our clients to determine the key cultural elements that are most critical for success. Once known, we screen potential candidates through a variety of assessments for cultural fit and also can prepare cultural fit interview guides as well as conduct cultural fit interviews for each candidate. Clients feel this process has given them tremendous insight into candidates that a normal recruitment process would never have surfaced and results in more informed and successful recruitment decisions.
