Part I: Where We Are and Where to Go Next

 

Part One dives deeply into the changing nature of today’s organizations and the need to adapt in order to survive. The Industrial Revolution molded most of our managerial beliefs but hinders our progress to design and lead soulful and thriving organizations. This outdated management system was crafted around certainty and efficiency, which made sense for the time. However, that world has been replaced by a rapidly moving and changing Information Age, and we need a new system of leadership that can carry us forward. There is a crisis of suffering throughout organizations, and we need leaders, and Evolved Executive, to reinvent the way we work.

Part II: Begin From Within

 

Change always begins from within, and this evolution is no different. Self-awareness is at the center of our progress toward making more meaningful work. Heather Hanson Wickman, PhD, successfully climbed the corporate ladder in healthcare before charting a new path to support senior leaders in evolving their leadership and building soulful organizations. She specializes in organizational change and executive coaching where she has coached executives and organizations on evolved business practices, deep self-awareness, and leadership development.

 

Heather has a bachelor’s in human resource development, a master’s in human resources and industrial relations, and a PhD in organizational systems. She has a passion for supporting organizations as they transition from traditional beliefs and practices to flexible, adaptable, and conscious ways of work. She has witnessed profound transformation in organizational leaders across the C-Suite.
